Mayfield High School students interested in participating in sports during the 2026-27 school year must have a completed Final Forms account and meet eligibility requirements. Go to Final Forms Eligibility (most recently completed grading period) 1.5 GPA, pass 1.25 credits, fail no more than one course must be enrolled in at least 1.25 credits End of Grading Periods 4th quarter: 6/4/26 (for fall sports) 1st quarter: 10/23/26 2nd quarter: 1/15/27 3rd quarter: 4/9/27 * all high school transfer students must contact the athletic department to review OHSAA transfer policies Official Start Dates Fall Sports August 1 Winter Sports October 24: girls basketball, swimming & diving, hockey October 31: boys basketball, bowling, gymnastics November 14: wrestling November 24: indoor track Spring Sports February 16: softball February 23: baseball March 2: track & field March 9: boys tennis
